something at the moment?

I'm wondering weather you are training something at the moment. If yes - what, how often and how many hours per training. I really hope you are not 24/7 in front of your laptop/PC standing on a chair and your fatty belly is reaching the floor, lol. :rolleyes: I'm currently swimming 3 times per week 1-2 hours per training.
